Is your dog a German Shepherd, or another dog with a low slung tail? Has she been scooting or trying to chew at her anal area?

Dogs don't get hemorrhoids, however they can get nasty problems in the anal area. Perhaps she has been passing loose stools and her anal glands have become impacted. If she has been suffering because of this, she could have an anal gland abscess. I am not one of the answerer's who usually shouts vets, however if you wait her problem could become worse and as a consequence more expensive to treat.
