hemroids or herpes

If you’ve ever suffered from hemorrhoids at all, you know you want to get rid of these things for good. The question comes up, though, how exactly do you accomplish that? Unfortunately, once you get hemorrhoids it’s impossible to completely guarantee that they won’t come back. On the other hand, there is a lot you can do to greatly reduce the chances of hemroid recurrence, so you may as well do all you can. After all, allowing hemorrhoids to rule your life is silly.

The first area you can reduce the risk of hemorrhoids is in your lifestyle. When it comes to hemorrhoids, diet and exercise are absolutely everything. As human beings we evolved to wander throughout our day. In fact, a fit human being can walk farther and longer than any other animal on Earth. Given that, you can understand that failing to exercise can lead to serious problems. In addition, we evolved to be omnivorous, and the most plentiful food source is usually plants. They don’t run away and they’re growing all over the place. Animal protein was a garnish, a pleasant food whenever it could be obtained but hardly the foundation for most people’s diet.

The best way to start improving your diet is slowly. That sounds rather odd considering that most people try to change bad things as quickly as possible. However, that instant gratification trend has been responsible for a lot of misery, particularly in the diet department. How many people have gone from a high-fat diet to eating sawdust in the name of weight loss? And how often have they succeeded for any appreciable length of time? First, you inevitably compare the unappetizing sawdust you’re eating now to the fat and flavor rich food you were eating yesterday and temptation starts pulling at the stomach. Second, if you suddenly shove a bunch of high fiber food down the hatch with no transition period, your gastrointestinal system is going to make you miserable. You’ll be bloated, nauseous, and gassy. Who wants to put up with all that? The idea is to introduce pleasant, good tasting fiber sources to your diet over a period of time.

The other things you can do to eliminate the risk of hemorrhoids are fairly simple and mechanical in nature. Get a footstool and use it whenever you’re sitting on the toilet. That engages the muscles of your pelvic floor to support the hemorrhoid veins, reducing the risk that gravity will pull on them too much. Only sit on the toilet for five minutes at a time. If you haven’t gone by then, then get up and walk around for a bit before sitting back down. Use plain, white, unscented toilet paper and don’t wipe too hard. If you’re concerned about hygiene, then it’s better to pat gently with moistened toilet paper or moistened wipes than scrubbing at the area. Avoid tight, constricting clothing, and underwear that’s made from synthetic material. In addition, you may want to switch to hypoallergenic soaps and detergents without irritating dyes or perfumes.

Once you’ve gotten hemorrhoids the first time you are more prone to getting them again for a variety of reasons. The tissue that the hemorrhoids originated from will be weaker and more likely to give way. In addition, the whole area has obviously been placed under sufficient stress to develop hemorrhoids once so you don’t know where weak points in the vein walls have developed. Take care of yourself, eliminate as many causes as you can, and hemorrhoids should shortly be a thing of the past.

herbal medicine hemorrhoids

Are you considering a natural hemorrhoids medicine? Countless people suffering from hemorrhoids are looking for a cure and they’re worried about utilizing chemicals and mystery ingredients to solve the problem. Can a natural medication cure hemorrhoids and what really is the best strategy for hemorrhoid treatment?

First, let’s understand what a natural hemorrhoid medication is. For the purposes of this article, we’re going to consider over the counter medications, ointments, creams and suppositories that are purported to contain natural and/or organic compounds. This should not be confused with a more holistic natural approach to curing hemorrhoids, which we’ll discuss later.

Why Are We Interested In Natural Cures, Anyway?

For years, hemorrhoid sufferers have relied on popular brand-name ointments to relieve their pain and suffering. Increased awareness of our health, however, has some of us taking a long second look at the labels on those products. Reading and understanding them almost requires an advanced degree in chemistry! It can be more than a little worrisome and intimidating to think about applying those mystery ingredients in such a tender situation.

Additionally, we are waking up as a culture to the realization that natural cures are often more effective than chemical pharmacological options. This is also leading many people to think about “going natural”.

Finally, as any chronic hemorrhoids sufferer knows all too well, the traditional over the counter medications really just aren’t that effective. They may provide some temporary relief, but they don’t solve the problem and their benefits aren’t long-lasting. As such, the pursuit of natural alternatives is intensifying.

Will A Natural Hemorrhoid Medicine Work?

In and of itself, a single natural hemorrhoid medication will be unlikely to cure the ailment. Here are a few reasons why.

First, most of the natural products offered as an immediate solution to hemorrhoids are merely more organic replicas of traditional treatments. Instead of using exotic chemicals, they use natural ingredients. However, they still won’t solve the root causes of hemorrhoids and their effectiveness is often quite temporary.

Second, no single medication is really a serious cure for hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are best treated by using a more holistic strategy that deals with the problems both on the topical and underlying levels. These strategies will result in faster elimination of hemorrhoids while simultaneously putting an end to the root causes, enabling the user to move forward into a life free hemorrhoid problems.

A natural hemorrhoids medicine isn’t necessarily a bad thing. In fact, it’s quite possible that you could use one in an effective manner as part of a larger and more meaningful approach to the problem. Relying on a single medication, natural or not, to completely cure hemorrhoids is unrealistic, however.

Hemorrhoids can be a real problem. They are painful, often embarrassing, and can actually lead to far more serious medical issues if left unresolved. If you are suffering from the problem, you need to take immediate action.

You can utilize a proven and completely natural approach to cure hemorrhoids.

Imagine being free of hemorrhoids in only a few days. Does that sound impossible? At least one researcher has found that it can happen–if you’re using the right techniques.

hemroids or colon cancer

Cancers arising in the colon and rectum are called colon cancer or colorectal cancer, and are usually believed to have developed from polyps. Colon cancer is very common in the Western world but is rare in Asia and Africa. Diets high in fat are believed to predispose humans to colorectal cancer whereas diets high in vegetable and high fiber foods help reduce the risk. Ulcerative colitis highly increases the risk for colon cancer. Genetic factors are also an important risk factor in this disease. Symptoms include fatigue, weakness, anemia, breathlessness, change in bowel habits, narrow stools, diarrhea or constipation, red or dark blood in stool, weight loss, abdominal pain, cramps and bloating. Surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy are the standard line of treatment for this condition.

The Ayurvedic treatment of colorectal cancer is aimed at treating the main cancer, preventing or reducing its spread to other parts of the body and improving overall survival. Medicines used in this condition are: Arogya-Vardhini, Kanchnaar-Guggulu, Yograj-Guggulu, Triphala-Guggulu, Panch-Tikta-Ghrut-Guggulu, Punarnavadi-Guggulu, Mahamanjishthadi-Qadha, Panchamrut-Parpati and Saarivasav. Medicines which act on the ‘Ratka’ and ‘Mansa’ dhatus (tissues) are useful in this condition. These include medicines like Patol (Tricosanthe dioica), Kutki (Picrorrhiza kurroa), Saariva (Hemidesmus indicus), Patha (Cissampelos pareira), Musta (Cyperus rotundus), Triphala (Three fruits), Nimba (Azadirachta indica) and Kutaj (Holarrhina antidysentrica). Manjishtha (Rubia cordifolia), Triphala (Three fruits), Punarnava (Boerhaavia diffusa) and Dashmool (Ten roots) are also very useful in this condition.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Yashtimadhuk (Glycerrhiza glabra), Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), Bhrungraj (Eclipta alba), Suvarna-Malini-Vasant, Suvarna-Parpati, Abhrak Bhasma and Heerak Bhasma are used to improve the immune status of the body.

Treatment needs to be taken for prolonged period to get good results. In combination with modern therapy, Ayurvedic treatment can reduce the tumor size, prevent or reduce the side effects of radiation and chemotherapy, improve the immune status of the body and prolong survival. All patients need to be under the regular care and supervision of an Oncology team.

colon cancer or hemroids

How much will an internal hemroid bleed?

I think i have an internal hemroid or anal fissure and ive gone to the bathroom and had blood in the toilet 3 times now in 2 days. Is that Strange for a Hemroid or Anal fissure? and yes i know this is a sign of colon cancer, but im only 18 so im guessing its not that (its like 0.1 % of people under 20 get it. Also i had a really hard stool pass the first time I had blood in the toilet. It even had a sharp feel to it, and have had hemroids in the past. its not a lot of blood so im not extremely worried. So how long will it bleed if it is an internal hemroid or anal fissure? Thanks :) also how often and how much would it bleed if it was colon cancer. Also i dont show any other signs of Colon cancer. I feel completly normal other than the blood thing.
So to be specific how many days is it going to bleed? It dosent bleed all the time, Just when i go.

It should stop bleeding after you went to the bathroom. If the bleeding continues for more than 2 hours you should call a doctor.
In the mean time, eat more fiber, fruits and grains or even have some prune juice in the house to keep regular. Benefiber is also great you can mix it with water, it has no taste whatsoever, it keeps your stool soft to keep the pressure away from the tissue.

hemroid or herpes

HELLLLP!! What are these sores on my bottem?? :( ?

i have one sore on the bottom of my but cheek that looks like a cut.. and one on my other one that just feels like a big pimple… it hurts a lot to sit down.. in fact it feels just like it would feel if u had a cut on ur butt and u went to sit.. it stings!! idk what to do.. i dont have herpes cuz i dont have sex and idk if its hemroids or whatever cuz everytime i look at a hemroid picture online it looks like this insanely ghastly picture of like some anus exploding outwards, and i so dont have that. they are just two sores and they came out of no where.. what do i do to get rid of them? they appeared this week i think.. but i really just started feeling pain today, i can hardly sit or walk from the stinging.

The one that feels like a pimple could be just a pimple or a boil which is like a big pimple.

I don’t know about the cut, but it does not sound like Hemorrhoids.

I would try keeping them clean and maybe putting some neosporin or antibiotic ointment on them (only if you are NOT allergic to antibiotics) and see if they heal up.

Note that the boil can become big and if it does you may have to go to the doctor to have it lanced.

If it doesn’t heal in a reasonable amount of time you need to have a doctor look at it.

hemorrhoid or cancer

There are a variety of different causes of hemorrhoids, but some of the most frequent culprits include a diet low in fiber, straining while passing stools, and pregnancy. Hemorrhoids can be either internal or external in nature, depending on whether they are situated inside or outside the anus, and both types can bleed on occasion due to scratching (due to itching in the area) or the passing of hardened stools. Most people first notice bleeding hemorrhoids when using the toilet. Traces of blood on tissue paper is usually the first sign that you have hemorrhoids that are bleeding.

How Serious of a Condition Is This and How Should You Proceed?

If you notice blood on toilet paper, you should try to ascertain if this is from a hemorrhoid or whether there is blood in your stools. In the later case, you may have a serious medical condition such as colorectal cancer, and it is best to see a doctor immediately. However, if the bleeding is caused by a tear in the tissue where the hemorrhoid is located (a very common cause of bleeding), there is less cause for concern. You may still want to consult with your doctor, but there are also some home remedies that you can pursue to help reduce the swelling and bleeding associated with your hemorrhoids, as well as some basic steps you can take from having the hemorrhoids reappear.

What Treatment Options are Available for Bleeding Hemorrhoids?

Some of the most basic at home hemorrhoid treatments include sitz baths to provide immediate relief to the swollen hemorrhoids, using witch hazel or petroleum jelly to help soothe and heal the irritated issue, and certain medicinal herbs and teas. Lifestyle changes in diet and exercise will also promote long term benefits that can prevent the reappearance of hemorrhoids in your life. However, if you find that natural treatments are not working for you, or if your hemorrhoids are extremely painful, you should certainly consult with your doctor about surgical options that are available to eliminate the bleeding hemorrhoids altogether.

Are Hemroids life threatening?

I have (what I think is) a hemroid and I have the urge to go to the restroom freaquently from the bowel. Could it be cancer?? Could I die?? Are Colonoscopy’s dangerous? I made an appointment for 11:45 with my family doc.

No hemmhoroids are not life threatening. They do break open and bleed, and they are painful, but they are extremely curable. When you have a bowel movement, use a wet-wipe instead of toilet paper, and that will be more soothing.

A colonoscopy is a necessary procedure to make sure you don’t have something wrong internally. It is not a dangerous procedure either–and it’s not very uncomfortable. GO to the doctor. Make sure you get the tests he orders and do what he tells you.

An urge to go frequently is not related to your hemmhoroids.

zinc hemorrhoids

If you have been suffering from hemorrhoids for too long using chemical-based medicine and would like to rid your body of them completely, then it is time to change the treatment. Creams are only temporary fixes for the problem. Various vitamins and a healthy diet have a great deal of impact on Hemorrhoids.

Hemorrhoids are a condition in which the veins around the rectum area are inflamed, and can be classified as internal or external. There are different types of causes. Constipation accompanied by straining, heavy lifting, long hours of sitting, anal intercourse, pregnancy, or aging are some of them.

Do not worry! There are many natural hemorrhoid remedies that can bring you relief. Various vitamins and a healthy diet have a great deal of impact on Hemorrhoids.

There are 5 hemorrhoid-fighting vitamins that work very well:

1) Vitamin C. It helps tone, shrinks veins and promotes the healing process, reducing clotting tendencies.

2) Vitamin E. It works as an antioxidant for your body’s digestive system. Along with Zinc it works as a protector to reduce pain and itching. Vitamin E keeps tissues elastic and helps to resolve  blood clots.

3) Vitamin A. It aids the healing of mucous membranes.

4) Vitamin B6. It is helpful for pregnant women suffering from Hemorrhoids as this vitamin is often deficient during pregnancy.

5) Vitamin B complex. It helps in digestion and relief from Hemorrhoids.

Additionally, healthy diet must also contain fibers such as wheat, bran and fresh fruits because they can fight constipation as well, and constipation is known to worsen Hemorrhoids. Drink a lot of fluid too! A lot of vegetables are rich in fibers. It is recommended to eat at least one salad of raw vegetables every day. Avoid fried food, processed and refined food, sugar, cheese, junk food, alcohol and tobacco.

In your diet, you can include food as buckwheat and apples that contain a lot of Rutin. Rutin is a natural bioflavonoid, antioxidant that strengthens the capillaries and reinforces vitamin C action.

Experts agree that preventive measures by way of appropriate food and vitamins can definitely provide relief.

Moreover, if you want to cure your piles fastest as possible, I suggest you to have a look at this very effective hemorrhoids treatment program that has treated thousands of people around the world.

colon cancer or hemorrhoids

Just about everyone knows what a hemorrhoid is, but what are bleeding hemorrhoids? Is it the same, or are bleeding hemorrhoids worse? This article will explain what bleeding hemorrhoids are and its characteristics, including how it can be caused and what symptoms they have.

What is a Hemorrhoid?

A hemorrhoid is a simple (yet painful) inflammation caused by a swelling of veins either on the anus or in the rectum. They can be caused by stress, pregnancy, overexertion, smoking, or drinking, among other causes, and can range in intensity from mild to severe. Many Americans come down with hemorrhoids every year, and for the most part they are very treatable with home remedies. Some of the most used treatments for hemorrhoids at home include sitz baths, creams, and by changing your diet plan. By adding more fiber to your diet you can prevent hemorrhoid flare ups. Some of the more severe forms of hemorrhoids require surgery or other medical procedures to treat. This can include a hemorrhoidectomy. This is a procedure where they surgically remove the hemorrhoids.

What are Hemorrhoids (that bleed)?

This type of hemorrhoids is a common type that involves blood coming from the hemorrhoid (be it internal or external). This is typically considered a more serious form of hemorrhoid and needs to be evaluated by a qualified physician. Symptoms of bleeding hemorrhoids depend on whether or not the hemorrhoid is internal or external, but usually they include blood oozing out of the affected area. Blood in the stool is a common symptom of bleeding hemorrhoids; anyone experiencing this symptom should contact a physician as soon as possible. Weak rectal walls can also contribute to hemorrhoids, as can prolonged physical or emotional stress, so if you meet any of these conditions, your chances for getting bleeding hemorrhoids are noticeably higher than average.

Hemorrhoids can be painful and scary at first to those who suffer from them, and they always require the attention of a qualified physician. Knowing the symptoms and causes of bleeding hemorrhoids is the first step to obtaining relief from the discomfort caused by this affliction.

Bleeding Hemorrhoids symptoms

The symptoms of bleeding hemorrhoids are the same as regular hemorrhoids except the hemorrhoids will bleed regularly. The first obvious sign will be blood in or around the stool every time you go to the bathroom. If you notice blood when you wipe or on the stool you really need to consult your doctor right a way. This can be a sign of other more serious problems besides hemorrhoids. This can include colon cancer. Another symptom is severe anal itching. If you are experiencing itching with blood in or around your anal opening it’s a good chance you have hemorrhoids. Some also experience sharp anal pain when sitting down followed by blood oozing out. Some has also experienced one or more hard lumps near the anal opening that bleed and ooze out mucus daily. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms you need to see a doctor as soon as possible because it will get worst over time. This problem won’t go a way on its own!
