relieve hemroid pain

Hemroid Banding…?

I went for a lower bowel scope today and then found some inner hemroids and banded them. I am having a lot of pressure and pain still and don’t know what to do to relieve it. I took a couple of epson salt baths and have been taking extra strength tylonol. Does anyone know what else I can do?

take Rutin supplements. it helps shrink the capillaries back to their normal size. take 2 -3 tablets a day.
