external hemorrhoid no pain

Is it Hemorrhoid or HPV?

I am a bi male and noticed something near the opening inside my anus. It is a couple small bumps and it has me freaked out because I don’t know if its hemorrhoids or HPV.

It doesn’t cause me pain when I go to the bathroom but there will be bright red blood on the toilet paper. The fact that there is 3 of them next to each other, it almost looked like a cluster so thats why I assumed HPV. I rarely have had anal sex and when I have, never without protection. They are not really flesh colored or dark, more white-ish and smooth, not rough. They are inside the anus, visible and not external, so I have no clue. Any ideas? I checked a couple sites and read it might even be “skin tags” from old hemorrhoids.
I also noticed that i can almost grab them, likes its piece of skin hanging. I really don’t know. i know I need to see a doctor, and I will, but figured I’d ask to just to calm down my nerves
No itching and its inside the anus, but I am going to see the dr regardless

It sounds more like HPV. External hemorrhoids aren’t white-ish and they are painful to the touch. You can also get HPV from oral-anal contact. It could be HPV or something else so I’m glad you’re going to see your doc to have it checked out.

what do hemroids look like

The central nervous system is what allows people to walk without worrying about stumbling. It also controls the movement features of the face and aids in many bodily functions that most would take for granted. For people that suffer from Parkinson’s disease though, the central nervous system is damaged and many sufferers find that movement capability gradually goes away. Friends and family will begin to look for alternative treatments such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments that will help those that are stricken with this unkind disease. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can help nervous system disorders like Parkinson’s in the area of memory loss and nerve damage.

For memory loss associated with Parkinson’s disease, many people feel obligated to focus care on routine medical treatment solely devoted to prescription drug treatments because they were ill advised by non-medical types. Many Parkinson’s sufferers are unaware of the state of the art treatments being found through hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Hyperbaric oxygen helps the nervous system by replenishing vital oxygen in pure form to body tissues where Parkinson’s disease or stroke has damaged nerve endings. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is innovative technology that many afflicted with Parkinson’s disease had tried and believe is a godsend. Researchers have found that the nerve endings that cause tremors associated with Parkinson’s disease responded incredibly well to hyperbaric oxygen treatments. When the patient’s nervous system is saturated with pure oxygen, many families have noted that the healing response is tremendous.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can be accomplished at home, or at medical treatment facilities around the world. Home treatments are most preferred because they can be done at any time of the day or night. The hyperbaric chamber is comfortable and many activities can be done while the oxygen treatments are being administered. Dozing is allowed during treatments and this in itself is reason to relax and let the healing process begin. In the high-oxygen environment, there is moderate air pressure and nerve endings seem to have no other recourse but to let healing cycle to continue. Immediate results vary with each individual. Many will feel enlightened and euphoric after the first treatment and this is due to the rich oxygen environment. A smile might be the first indication that the therapy is working as promised, or the arms might swing again when the patient walks.

The healing process will be virtually unnoticeable for some patients if they are in the advanced stages of the disease, but with repeated sessions, it is expected that impressive improvements will be seen. Hence, the need for hyperbaric oxygen treatments at home. This timetable is normal when such damage occurs because the central nervous system is a complex matrix of nerve endings. Parkinson’s disease causes joints to seize up and become unresponsive. The central nervous system will respond quicker in some patients and slower in others. As the nervous system disorder is introduced to the renewed flux of oxygen many changes will occur to damaged areas of the body. Many people are grateful for this innovative, cutting edge technology.

pregnancy constipation hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids (piles) and varicose veins are common conditions caused by blood collecting in veins and not returning properly to the heart for recycling usually as a result of a weakness in valves in the veins but also because of an obstruction. Constipation (causing piles ) and pregnancy (causing varicose veins) are the usual culprits, though obesity, inactivity, the habitual use of laxatives and long periods of standing have also been blamed. Veins become “lumpy” and visible as well as painful and itchy. Piles also bleed frequently.

An estimated 50 percent of adults are affected by hemorrhoids at some time in their lives. They often occur during pregnancy (but usually disappear after childbirth), and as a result of constipation. Symptoms of the condition are swollen veins in and around the anus, itching, and pain, and sometimes bleeding when motions are passed. The veins can remain inside the anus or protrude from it.

Treatment

Hot baths and compresses applied to the anus will help ease pain. Keep the anal area clean by washing with hot water after bowel movements.

Naturopathy “Sitz” baths – or hot and cold bathing – is recommended and ice packs can help relieve discomfort. Sitting in the water for five to ten minutes is recommended for piles.

Diet and Nutrition Follow a wholefood diet to reduce constipation and ease bowel movements. Drink plenty of water. Take a large spoonful of linseed seeds with water once a day (not at mealtimes).

Daily supplements of vitamin C (500mg), E (400iu), rutin, and lecithin can help both plies and varicose veins. Increased fiber (bran, oats, cereals, whole wheat bread, linseed/flaxseed, peas, and beans), fluid intake, and exercise can also help prevent constipation and relieve piles. Raw beets are said to help varicose veins and also fruit as apricots, cherries, rosehips, blackberries, and buckwheat.

Herbal Medicine For piles apply ointments of pilewort, comfrey, horse chestnut, and witch hazel. Witch hazel is best for bleeding piles. An infusion of yarrow herb may be beneficial for its astringency and its influence on blood vessels. It is also good applied as a compress.

Consult a qualified practitioner/therapist for:

Aromatherapy

Essential oils such as cypress, juniper, peppermint, or camomile, either applied directly or mixed into a warm bath, ease discomfort.

Homeopathy

A homeopath will prescribe according to the individual case, but Ratanhia 6c, Hamamelis 6c, Sepia 6c, and Sulfur 6c might be recommended. Hamamelis, or peony ointment, or suppositories are often usedl for acute cases. Hamamelis is particularly good for a bruised feeling with bleeding. Aloes, Nux vomica, Aesculus, and Pulsatilla are other possible forms of remedy.

Yoga Positions such ,as “the inverted corpse” (lie with the legs at ,45 degrees to a wall for three minutes every day) can help, and so can yoga breathing exercises.

Massage For varicose veins, gentle massage on the legs, toward the heart, can help. Massage can also help to improve circulation.

what are hemroids symptoms

We can start by distinguishing between hemorrhoids the condition, and hemroids as a disease. As a condition, hemorrhoids refer to small swellings that develop in the anus and lower part of the rectum as a result of blood clogging the veins within the rectum.

Some of these swellings can develop just outside the opening to the anus and can easily be seen upon examination of that area. Otherwise, the main area of attack by hemorrhoids is usually inside the anus or rectum and they only become visible externally at a later stage in their development cycle. Hemroids the disease is therefore characterized by the presence of swellings (the actual hemorrhoids) and other symptoms in the anal area – both inside and outside.

What are the other symptoms of hemorrhoids?

o Presence of blood in the stool.

o Feeling of obstruction caused by swollen veins in the anus.

o Protruding lumps hanging from the anus.

o Itching and inflammation around the anus.

What causes hemorrhoids to develop?

The occurrence of hemorrhoids is very much a result of poor eating habits and diet. We can therefore almost say that hemorrhoids is a disease of lifestyle, because eating habits, etc, are determined by an individual’s lifestyle.

A poor diet, especially that lacking in fiber, green vegetables, fruits and enough water and juices often leads to constipation – the reduction in volume and hardening of stool. Constipation, especially in its chronic stages, is probably the single most prevalent cause of hemorrhoids. Small, hard stools are difficult to excrete and a lot of pressure is applied in the process. This strain and the scarring that the hard, dry stools cause on the walls of the anus lay the groundwork for hemorrhoids to eventually take over. It is therefore important that we balance our diets properly and consume enough fiber-rich foods such as cereals, beans, peas, green vegetables and fruits, and of course take in enough fluids. These will ensure that sufficient volumes of stool are produced to cater for regular and easy bowel movement.

The nature of modern life is another factor that has fueled the increase in the number of people suffering from constipation and consequently hemroids. The busy schedules and haste that characterize the lives of today’s working class have left no time for good meals, physical exercises and relaxation. Little wonder then that our digestive systems have become jammed with junk foods and other unhealthy products and the end result is constipation and hemorrhoids.

Other causes of hemorrhoids

o Obesity or overweight: Hemroids is common in over-weight people or obesity patients because these people have to put more pressure on pelvic veins while passing stool.

o Lack of physical exercise and body movement: Prolonged sitting in one place causes heat to build up in the anal area, and this can lead to swelling of the veins which we know is one of the contributing factors to hemorrhoids development.

o Hard labor and lifting heavy loads: This puts pressure on veins and tissues. This sudden extra pressure causes some burning sensation during bowel movement and results into hemroids.

o Pregnancy: Chances of getting hemorrhoids are greater during pregnancy and delivery as extra pressure is exerted to push the baby out of the womb and this pressure tampers with the bowel tissues.

pregnancy hemorrhoids symptoms

Hemorrhoids and 29 weeks pregnant!?

I’ve been pretty lucky with having minimal symptoms so far, but within this past week I noticed that I have gotten hemorrhoids. I know what they are, that they are common with pregnancy, and how to treat them (ease the discomfort). My question is this … in a non-pregnant person, hemorrhoids typically last around 2 weeks then the swelling goes down causing them to be no more. Is this true in pregnant women too? Do I just deal with them for a couple weeks, then they’ll go away? I’ve read conflicting medical articles saying that some stay around until after the baby is born while others are able to be shrunken using cream to make the birth easier. I don’t know about dealing with annoying hemorrhoids for the next 11 weeks.

Any personal experiences some of you want to share …

I’ve had problems with hemherrhoids with both of my pregnancies. It wasn’t excruciating, but with my first I had them from about 5 months on. Sometimes they hurt alot and sometimes they didn’t bother me much at all. Everyone told me how painful they would be during and after delivery, but they must have gone away becasue I never noticed them during or after delivery.

I used witch hazel on a cotton pad and wiped every time I went to the bathroom. And the preparation H suppositories work wonders when they are really bad, much better than the cream.

HPV dangers for straight men?

Ok I just learned my girlfriend’s ex-husband tested positive for HPV after they had seperated. She has told me repeatedly she was tested for all STD’s and came up negative, but I am scared. Recently I have started to get blood in my stools. It could be hemroids, but this started to occur shortly after I started having sexual activity with her. I have never had hemroids in the past, and this is the first time in my life I have had bloody stools. The blood in the stools has cleared up for now and I no longer get it, but I am very worried.

I am worried I might get anal cancer or something, however my girlfriend told me that is only if a man had anal sex then the HPV would affect the anus area. Since I had straight sex it would be affecting my penis. I see no signs of bumps or anything.

I’m sure I don’t have to tell you that DrWuv’s advice is ludicrous. Anal cancer is extremely rare in straight men, and in all likelihood you were never exposed to HPV in your anus. You can put that out of your mind.

The reason that the STD test came back negative is that it did not test for HPV. Unlike other STDs, HPV is a cutaneous virus, not a blood-borne one. The only way it can be diagnosed is by visual inspection, and since most people with HPV never exhibit symptoms, this makes screening largely ineffective. There is an HPV test for women done by collecting a sample of cells, but this is rarely done in women under 30, unless she has an abnormal pap. This is probably because of the undue worry it would cause, since 45% of women aged 20-29 have an active infection of HPV, most asymptomatic.

Bloody stool can be caused by a number of things, but there is no reason to assume it is HPV. However, it could be an indicator of a number of other conditions. You should get that checked out by a doctor.

hemroids what are

Hemroids is also identified as piles caused due to the swelling of rectum veins. It can be detained in any kind of person. These are swellings or lumps that grow inside the anus walls and around the anus opening. It is very widespread – over 50% of people suffer from this disease. Hemroids attacks the anal and lower rectal areas of our bodies.

Different kinds prevailing are internal hemroids or external hemroids It also have some types of problems such as anal fissure, abscess and itching or irritation caused by some external sources, creams or contaminated toilet tissue, may also present with some of the symptoms normally associated with it.

Common Symptoms of Hemroids

  • First symptom of hemroids attack. The veins in the anus become swollen due to friction and pressure applied when passing stool or that stemming from overweight, carrying heavy loads, pregnancy, etc.
  • Pain around the anus walls sitting, standing or walking.
  • At Motion time it gives a very critical pain.
  • Discomfort on passing a motion.
  • Generally you feel a discomfort from the anal area.
  • At the time of leakage, stool can be a very smelly and bleeding can come.
  • Advanced stages of internal hemroids some tissue will be seen hanging out of the anus after passing stool. This comes as a result of prolonged straining of anal muscles during bowel movement, thus leading to their loosening.
  • Burning and itching leakage can also lead to the feelings of internal hemroids, also because a nappy rash type reaction.
  • Feeling the hemroids when washing can sometimes really scare someone for the first time .
  • Common sign is bleeding especially into the stool. Bright red blood is suggestive of hemroids, while very dark or black blood is more suggestive of other complaints higher inside.
  • The former often feels like a dangly bit, while the external ones feel like a small lump.
  • Prolapsed hemroids look like a small bunch of tiny grapes.
  • Thrombosed hemroids look big and tight for the most part.
  • Prolapsed hemroids – that develop inside but ‘fall’ out .
  • External hemroids- that develop outside can be felt while bathing.

Prolapsed hemroids are ‘graded’ by doctors according to their symptoms, the more they show outside and the harder they are to keep inside, the higher the grade given to them. When symptoms are diagnosed at a grade four level, a hemroids ectomy may well be suggested. Also have a reddish pink color.

Alternative hemroids has a Lot of deliberation about the practicality and need for hemroids surgery, but in some instances an operation is necessary. For some the cost of hemroids surgery is a big blockade, and for others the awkwardness of even admitting that they have hemroids will mean that one day they may requirement hemorrhoid surgery in any event.

There are so many symptoms of hemroids faraway and large. If you have any of these symptoms, then there is a real possibility that you may be suffering from hemroids. Differential diagnosis is, however very important.
