Piles or Hemorrhoids are basically varicose veins that swell up to form a mass of tissue around the anus. They cause a lot of discomfort and pain when not treated early enough. Some people develop them, others don't. It appears that some are just more susceptible than others.

The main culprit remains unidentified until today. Pregnancy can result in hormones that encourage the growth of hemorrhoids. I don't want to disappoint you but, you don't cure hemorrhoids, you can bring hem under control. First of all, don't let yourself get constipated.
