What Are Hemorrhoids?

Piles or Hemorrhoids are basically varicose veins that swell up to form a mass of tissue around the anus. They cause a lot of discomfort and pain when not treated early enough. Some people develop them, others don’t. It appears that some are just more susceptible than others.
