what is the treatment of piles. I am 30 and suffering from last 9 yrs?
i have bleeding piles. and i live in delhi. if any one knows the treatment please let me know. if anybody had then what you did to get rid of it. also i request you to suggest me a doctor if he has cured someone successfully.

mr. rocky first of all get your self checked to know the grade of your piles if its only bleeding and not prolapsed then it can be treated by using medicines like sclerosants either as a suppository or an injection will do, how ever if it is prolapsed it is best treated by a surgeon soon. because it can lead to complications you may have severe pain. but after surgery[hemorrhoidectomy] it will be totally treated
grades 1 - only bleeding piles
grade 2 - prolapsed on straining but retracts by it self after defecating
grade3 prolapsed but can be replaced by finger
grade4 permanantly prolapsed
so dont let it reach grade 4 go see a surgeon.
ps please avoid the so called piles and fistula docs coz they are not specialists
