I got hemroids as a result of my pregnancy and I really need to get rid of them.

Drink lots of water, and walk…the water and exercise keeps everything moving so you won’t stop up, which causes straining, making hemorrhoids worse, warm tub baths and avoiding sitting on hard surfaces helps too.
