Hemroids after a baby UK at home help?
Ok my daughters 5 months but have had trouble pooing (to put it bluntly) after my c section and now just had a gander and have a hemroid
I REALLY don't want it for xmas will it just go with treatment from boots or will I have to go to the doctors I'm veryembarrassedd???
Don't be embarrassed. This is very normal after having a baby.
The best thing to do is to prevent them. You need to get your um, poo, moving. Drink more juice, eat more fiber, LOTS of water, get some exercise. There are some natural fiber tablets you can take to help soften the poo.
Try not to strain when you do go and try not to spend a lot of time on the toilet, this just makes them pop out more. After you go, try wiping with those specially made moist wipes made especially for hemorrhoids. (NOT baby wipes-- they will clog your toilet.) Sitting in a warm tub can help if they start hurting or itching.
Small hemorrhoids can be 'tucked' back in while you are showering. If you can't do this or don't want to, please do not hesitate to call your doctor -- the one who took care of you while you were pregnant. If the self-help advice doesn't work, he/she can prescribe a safe stool softener.
go to a doctor and its a really small procedure and that too if its a 3rd degree hemorrhoid and they are pretty common dont be ashamed.gynaecological operations can cause weaknees of wall and lead to this condition
