What is the natural cure for rectal inflammation/hemmoroids? Eat more fruits and vegetables? drink more?

water? I think i have a hemmoroid, and it's painful.
Fiber just makes my dumps thicker, and irriates it, I need to soften my stool.

citrucell or metamucil with lots of water will soften the stool. Use some tucks pads, they are moistened with witch hazel and are soothing and comforting until it improves

  1. Eat fibre. It'll keep the pressure off of that area. It's not a cure, but it's preventative.

    It'll go away eventually. Warm baths are helpful.
