I was installing an 8 foot florescent fixture when it happened. A partially inserted screw came out and the fixture came crashing down and the metal edge cut a six inch gash in my forehead. Blood trickled down my face and onto my shirt. With all the blood I suspected I would have to have stitches. After washing it off there appeared an open gash about ¼” inch apart.
