use the inside of a banana peel and apply it to the hemmorhoids. this should cool it and cure it . you can also try vitamin e it'll help reduce any blood clotting caused by this. happy pooping!

Increase your fiber a lot.
Prunes and prune or plum juice.
Also whole grain cereals.Possibly a supplement.But stay close to home when you begin to add high levels of fiber to your diet.

Then buy some unscented baby wipes and pour a small bottle of witch hazel into the wipes.
This is an inexpensive way to treat the itchiness and pain.

Take your time on the toilet. Bring a book or the newspaper.Relax.
If things are not any better, see your doctor.

The only way to "cure" hemorrhoids is to have them removed surgically. The hemorrhoid is a blood vessel (vein) that protrudes from the wall of the rectum and anus. Most hemorrhoidal medications cause the blood vessel and wall of the rectum to constrict, shrinking it. These are only temporary treatments, but some people who are not overly bothered never have surgery. There is no 'surefire' home treatment. I think some people have tried alum with partial relief, but I think ointments such as Preparation H are more effective.

The long-term cure is to eat more fiber. The short-term is to get some metamucil so your poop won't be hard and won't irritate your anus as much when you take a dump.
