hernia or hemroid

whats the difference between a hernia in the anus or a hemroid? how are they different in terms of image?
im joining the military and need to know if have a hemrroid or hernia? hopefully hemroid so i have a better chance at passing meps lol…its really tiny like a pimple, doesnt hurt or itch? plz answer!!
Biliary colic refers to sudden onset of paroxysmal colic in right side of epigastric region or middle of epigastric region due to spasm of biliary tract caused by many factors.
Clinical Manifestations
(1) Paroxysmal colic in right epigastric region or middle epigastric region followed by persistent colic, which may radiate to the lower angle of right scapula.
(2) There might be a history of intake of massive greasy foods. The attack often occurs after a full dinner in the evening.
(3) There might be a history of emotional stimulation. The attack often occurs because of quarrel or anger.
(4) Probably accompanied by symptoms of chills and fever, the body temperature is between 38~39 ~C.
(5) Acute sickly complexion, restlessness, muscular tension in right epigastric region, tenderness in gallbladder region, Murphy’s sign ( + ).
