which of these WOULD BE MOST PAINFUL………..?

WITHOUT pain killers??

hemorrhoid surgery
child birth
having a large cavity removed
plastic surgery
organ transplant

ewwwwww theres no way you can do any of them without pain killers..i had the birth without pain killers..
