No you can't pop them. You could go for surgery though, and to make them better when they flair up, find witch hazel pads (at cvs pharmacy) and place wet pads on them (if they are on the outside of coruse). Leave the pad there and go on your normal way the pad will dry. Change it various times. This makes them reduce in size and stop the itch (if they itch)....I have them & they are terrible. Oh and do not eat spicy foods cuz that makes them flare up too. I want to do surgery but I'm scared! they don't hang around all the time anyways. I call them the Roids family when they come to visit.

DON'T DO ANYTHING LIKE THAT!!!!! IT'S DANGEROUS!!!! go to your local cvs or walgreens and buy over the counter hemrroidal cream, if you are not sure which one ask the pharmacist.
