Do pregnancy piles disappear or is treatment required?

I’m just wondering if anyone developed piles during their pregnancy and if they disappeared after the birth or whether treatment was required? I’m currently 29 weeks at the moment so I’m worrying about them getting worse over the next 11 weeks and during labour.

I have suffered with pregnancy piles for all 3 of my pregnancies – they don’t always go away after pregnancy, you just have to watch that you don’t get constipated (pushing and straining will cause the haemmeroids to pop out). I think once you have them, they never disappear. You may not have trouble with them during labour – I never did. There are creams on the market which can be purchased from pharmacies which relieve them. Sometimes a very hot cloth on the area soothes them and makes them shrink (TMI I know!). Just try to stay regular, and they shouldn’t be an issue.

i have bleeding piles. and i live in delhi. if any one knows the treatment please let me know. if anybody had then what you did to get rid of it. also i request you to suggest me a doctor if he has cured someone successfully.

mr. rocky first of all get your self checked to know the grade of your piles if its only bleeding and not prolapsed then it can be treated by using medicines like sclerosants either as a suppository or an injection will do, how ever if it is prolapsed it is best treated by a surgeon soon. because it can lead to complications you may have severe pain. but after surgery[hemorrhoidectomy] it will be totally treated
grades 1 – only bleeding piles
grade 2 – prolapsed on straining but retracts by it self after defecating
grade3 prolapsed but can be replaced by finger
grade4 permanantly prolapsed

so dont let it reach grade 4 go see a surgeon.

u can tell about ur experiences if any.

i am having piles now… What my grandmum say was:

Step 1: Buy 1 whole lotus root (fresh, when you buy that time it must be covered with mud, 1 is enough for 2 days, do not buy extra to keep)

Step 2: Wash it thoroughly

Step 3: Cut it into small pieces

Step 4: Pound it till u see juice

Step 5: Take out all the lotus root that had been pound and put into a bowl.

Step 6: Pour water into the lotus root(not too much, jus nice when the water cover the root

Step 7: Take a cloth and pour ALL the mixture into the cloth

Step 8: Squeeze till dry

Step 9: Pound the dry root(that had been squeeze) again, for awhile

Step 10: Pour water into the root again than squeeze it till dry
throw the residue away

Step 11: Put the juice into the fridge and wait for 4hrs till cold

step 12: Drink only 1 cup a day do not discontinue*

3 years back I got surgeon, and currently Im suffering with again files. but I don't want go surgeon again.

So, please let know I there any treatment in ayurveda or in homeopathy treatment for piles with any surgeon?

I'm sure you will hear some Ayurvedic that will help, I'm guessing turmeric and fenugrek seeds.. I doubt any Homeopathic will.
I've got some good old allyopathic that will help.
Go to a doc and get a script for the usual nitroglycerin gel used by cardiac patients for chest pain. I f you have a compounding pharmacy available have the script written for an 8 to 1 compound with the 1 being the nitro and th e8 being anything comforting for hemorrhoids, even KY is fine.
