During pregnancy many woman are prone to haemorrhoid's (piles) because doctors (gynaecologists)
prescribe iron tablets which usually leads to constipation. Then you strain at the stool and that
usually contributes towards piles. Further if you introduce more fibre rich food you can to some
extent avoid constipation. Yeah, it is an embarrassment and there is no need to tell your boyfriend
unless you want to indulge in anal sex. Okay here is a sweet way to get rid of piles. Every evening
soak three dried figs after thoroughly washing them. Water should be just sufficient to soak them, not overload the bowl otherwise next day morning when you are going to eat them they won't appear sweet. Consume them one hour before breakfast. Then again soak three more dried figs in the
morning to consume them in the evening just before your night meals. Continue this regime for
three months and you will find your piles have shrunk and less bothersome. To further enhance the
effect, every time you poop, splash water in which Alum stones have been soaked. This will shrink

Eat fibre rich foods like fresh fruits,raw vegetables,etc.Egs:muskmelons,oranges,cucumbers,wheat porridge,,coconut water,etc

Avoid milk,chillies,curd,spices,tamarind,onion…

Soak 2 dry figs in the evening in water.Eat them early in the morning on an empty stomach.
Soak them in the morning also and eat at 5 PM daily
Don't eat/drink anything (except water) 1 hr. before and after eating them(both in morning and evening)
Do this for 10 days.

Do aakash mudra(yogic mudra) 15 mins in the morning and evening each,with both hands.

Avoid washing of anus with hot water.

Also avoid eating spicy and stimulating foods.Even after piles is cured,avoid such foods.

If you have bleeding piles,eat 500 gm good quality papaya,1 hr. after lunch daily.

i've found that baby powder works very well at controlling the moisture problem which leads to chaffing and lots of skin irritation. baby powder is my #1 tool to help with outbreaks. the creams have never helped much and only added to the moisture problem. i expect to get a lot of funny comments but understand, WE ALL have hemroids. an inflamed hemroid can be very painful, prey u don't get one. so thanks for any serious suggestions.

Had three kids. Got the cursed things too. I use witch hazel to clean them with and it soothes them and helps shrink them.

It's cheap too, so that's a bonus, but you can probably get the same effect by using Tucks pads. They cost a bit more, but are the same basic things.
