Hemroids after a baby UK at home help?
Ok my daughters 5 months but have had trouble pooing (to put it bluntly) after my c section and now just had a gander and have a hemroid
I REALLY don’t want it for xmas will it just go with treatment from boots or will I have to go to the doctors I’m veryembarrassedd???
Don’t be embarrassed. This is very normal after having a baby.
The best thing to do is to prevent them. You need to get your um, poo, moving. Drink more juice, eat more fiber, LOTS of water, get some exercise. There are some natural fiber tablets you can take to help soften the poo.
Try not to strain when you do go and try not to spend a lot of time on the toilet, this just makes them pop out more. After you go, try wiping with those specially made moist wipes made especially for hemorrhoids. (NOT baby wipes– they will clog your toilet.) Sitting in a warm tub can help if they start hurting or itching.
Small hemorrhoids can be ‘tucked’ back in while you are showering. If you can’t do this or don’t want to, please do not hesitate to call your doctor — the one who took care of you while you were pregnant. If the self-help advice doesn’t work, he/she can prescribe a safe stool softener.

What is bleeding hemroids? Any natural hemroid treatment?
I have a bleeding painful hemroids. Its causing me terrible pain. I can’t afford to undergo hemroid surgery. Is there any alternative?
Hemroids are swollen varicose veins of the rectum and anus. They can be irritated, itchy, and even painful if not treated. Hemoroids can cause bleeding, especially when you have a bowel movement. Thrombosed external hemorrhoid can be the cause of the great pain. Try to modify your diet include lot of fiber and drink plenty of water,at least 3 liters/day.
What is the likelihood that I have C-Diff?
My 9 month old son just tested positive for the bacteria infection called C-Diff. He was carrying this infection internally for several weeks before my husband and I ever knew. He’s been on the antibiotic Flagyl for about a week and half. I have tried to keep everything in the house squeaky clean, so not to spread the bacteria, however tonight I have had personal scare. I used the bathroom, and there was blood in my stool. Not like a hemroid blood, more liquidy and mixed with the feces. I’ve had a little diarrhea and some nausea, but chalked it up to a fluke. Since I found blood in my stool I’m concerned I might also have the bacteria infection C-Diff. If you have has this, or know something about the bacteria, symptoms, or treatments, please let me know. I’ll take all the information I can get. Thanks so much.
Thanks for the help.
C-diff is very contagious and it’s hard to kill. You know those alcohol hand cleaners (hand sanitizers)? C-diff is one bacteria that those don’t kill. Considering you clean your son’s bottom when he goes poop, I’d think it’s pretty likely you got it. Usually C-diff poop smells really bad, worse than normal poop. Frequently you have nausea at the beginning of a C-diff infection. I’d call your doctor in the morning and get tested and get on treatment. C-diff is treated with Flagyl or oral vancomycin if the Flagyl doesn’t work adequately.

Do external hemroids go away?
I have had this hemroid for a week now, it started off huge and red, now with the help of prep h it is very small and more flesh pink color. It doesnt burn or itch anymore but just the simple sight of it being there and feeling on my anus is very frustrating and embaressing.
I’ve read about treatment and everything like that, what i really need to know is how long untill it completely goes away? I’ve read on sites that people say they simply don’t, which is wierd to me. Because i remember having one in 2004, and it did go away i just cant remember how long really. I didnt even treat it or anything thats all i know. So now 4 years later i have a hemroid agian, i just want to know a rough estimate on how long it will be untill it’s gone.
I’m sure no one is like o well it doesnt hurt or anything, so i’ll just live with a big bumpy thingy on my anus for the rest of my life. I want this thing gone, as i said it has gone down a heck of alot in terms of size and pain. please help
The reason you get the "hemorrhoids never go away" answer is because they don’t. It’s part of your body and has been there since you were born.
What’s bothering you is the swelling of the hemorrhoids tissue. This usually will subside in a week or two. Keep using your Prep H. If the condition becomes chronic, you can have surgery to remove the tissue.
One rough summer for my dog and our bank account please help!!
My female rottie just had surgery(very expensive) on her doggy ACL (knee) and now I’m worried she may have a hemroid. When she first came home all the meds and pain she was in made it very hard for her to poop. Now when she poops I have noticed her butt hole looks very red and sore sometimes her stool even has blood on it. I don’t know what to do we have spent so much on her this summer already. Now I’m wondering if a can use some over the counter human treatments on her. Help me decide what to do!! Sorry this is such a gross topic.
I know what you mean by vet expenses. I have seven dogs and three horses, and my vet bill looks like the gross national debt. I have spent over $5000 on the horse you see in my avatar just this summer. But blood in the stool indicates that you should let your vet take a look at it.
