Can hemmoroids cause aching in vaginal area or backache?

I have had a very difficult to solce problem of my vaginal area and lower back hurting while sitting. I have hemmoroids and wonder if that is doing it. My roids are also in my vaginal area. Please help!
are you sure you have hemorrhoids? they come from the anus not the vagina.
